What is our return policy?

Please note that this policy applies only to purchases made directly on www.drpen.net. For products purchased elsewhere, kindly contact the respective retailer.

Change of Mind Policy

If you simply change your mind, you have 60 days to return your purchase for a full refund, provided the product is unused, unpacked and in resalable condition.

If a return is authorized but does not meet the return policy criteria (e.g., the product has been used, opened, or unsealed), a 20% restocking fee will be charged. To initiate a return or replacement request, you must provide a photo or video demonstrating the condition of the product you intend to return or the issue you are encountering with your product.
